Resorts and attractions are some of the businesses on that list, and this summer is the perfect time to consider sending a veteran you love on vacation and giving them some much-needed and deserved rest. Here is a list of 10 resorts and attractions that offer military discounts to veterans and active military.

Disney World in Orlando, Florida provides several different military discount options for retired and active military members year-round. Unlike many attractions that only have one blanket percentage off and a few things you can do under that blanket, Disney World gives discounts for several of its theme park vacation packages.

If you want to stay for four- and five-day vacations, Disney offers up to 40 percent off Disney Resort hotels and gives different levels of promotional theme park tickets every season. Depending on what season you decide to go to Disney World or any Disney-related attraction, you will get a different offer. They also hold special military events for each branch of service. If you want to cover all of the parks, you can get an “America the Beautiful” National Park Pass for free if you are a current or retired military member. These passes allow you to take advantage of over 2,000 federal recreation sites that include restaurants, resorts, parking admission, golf courses and a large variety of other amazing state park activities for almost half the cost, if any.
